commercial law as well as IT law. He assists companies in mastering legal challenges at the intersection of digitalization and corporate management.<\/p><p>Stefan wrote his doctoral thesis on the use of artificial intelligence in corporate management and holds a postgraduate master's degree in information and media law. He lectures at universities, speaks at trade conferences, and publishes on current legal issues.
